Need examples of job descriptions for experts in web and digital personalization. I'm hiring

I'm looking at hiring someone on my team to really own web and digital personalization on the adobe tech stack and was wondering if anyone had any good job descriptions that I could get some ideas as well as if anyone is willing to chat with me about crafting this role.  We have Adobe CDP, AJO, Target, adding analytics, Marketo, Bizible.  The focus of this role is to take us from 0 - 60 on web and digital personalization.  I'm debating between someone more technical vs a product manager would love to bounce ideas.  Thanks in advance.
