Adobe Target Recommendations is not showing up

Adobe Target Recommendations is not showing up which was working perfectly fine from 2 months on the home page. I tried to debug with "mboxTrace=window&authorization=872390ab-b52f-4332-8584-beec2948a0ec" and it shows no-content in the response.

When I downloaded recommendations data in CSV file, I see there is data in that file
