How value in custom score metric is being captured?
I have tried passing the page score value in mboxPageValue parameter in two scenarios as below:
Scenario 1: User enters the activity on Page A with single mbox i.e. global-mbox. Browse through website and then visits Page C where global-mbox has mboxPageValue parameter.
Value when passed in global-mbox gets captured.
Scenario 2: User enters the activity on Page A with single mbox i.e. global-mbox. Browse through website and then visits Page C which has two mboxes one global-mbox and second a custom-mbox. The mboxPageValue parameter is now passed in custom-mbox only.
Value when passed in any mbox other than global-mbox is NOT getting captured.
Can anybody explain why in scenario 2 value is not getting captured? And what should be the approach to capture the page score value from mbox other than global-mbox?
