Hi @jyotish - to understand the use-case you are trying to achieve, please confirm the flow of use-journey:
1. Customer visits a platform (lets say Website). She logs in using her unique customer-id and starts a journey.
2. Customer does not complete the journey and drops off.
3. Customer logs on to another platform (this time native mobile-app). She uses the same customer-id used in step 1.
4. Adobe Target presents a message to complete the journey.
If this is what you are looking for then you may pass the unique customer-id as mbox3rdpartyid which acts as a common-key across multiple profiles and sync those. More information can be found here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/audiences/visitor-profiles/3rd-party-id.html?la...
Hope this helps,
Regards
Rajneesh
