How to use adobe.target.applyOffers and adobe.target.triggerView in Adobe Experience Platform?

I would like to know if there is an equivalent way of using these APIs when serving experiences via Adobe Experience Platform rather than from at.js

adobe.target.triggerView()

adobe.target.applyOffers()
