Change in name of the activity and A4T reporting not reflecting it

Avatar

Level 1

Hi all,

I changed the name of the activity and name of the experiences in Target but the A4T report had a long delay in updating that name in the report.

Though the activity name got changed but the experience names are still not reflecting the latest changes in the report. Has anyone faced similar issues in the past?

Thanks!

@anurag6 The issue could be related to data classification. I would recommend you to raise a clientCare ticket if you still do not see the correct activity name even after 48 hours.

Initiating a re-classification from backend should fix this issue right away.
