I'm not able to view the report data for an A/B test that ran in April 2021. When I click on 'Reports,' I get a notification that states 'Start dates over 2 years old are not currently supported. Please choose a more recent start date.'
Since the test only ran for 2 weeks in 2021, a more recent start date wouldn't contain any useful reporting data. Does this mean reporting data is only accessible for 2 years?
The default data retention policy for Adobe is 25 months. Your organization's retention policy can be different, depending on contract. Data retained is based on the current date and the date/time of historical data.
