Adobe Target

We have a business requirement to send out automatic notifications when journeys are activated and deactivated. Is there any way in Adobe Target to have a notification sent out when an experience is deactivated?

I tried setting up adobe target, but somehow it isn't working stable in chrome, most of the time i get this message and some times it works. I also installed the browser extension and changed the setting Enable Enhanced Composer in the Page delivery.Somehow Fire Fox don't seems to have these issues.
