Adobe Target - Response Code "NO_CONTENT"

Hello Community,

I'm having trouble getting started with Recommendations to show on our site. I have a content feed and when using the debugger I keep seeing a NO_CONTENT code in the response. Does anyone know what are some next steps to display the items from my CSV feed?
