Banner appearing after some action

A data push is being made for a loading event, as soon as it is done the banner is displayed.
When viewed in the app, the banner does not appear at first, only after performing another action in the app and returning to home.
I checked and the event is being triggered correctly, but the banner only appears after some action in the app.
Can you help me with this? please

It sounds like an issue where you would need a developer to debug this, in terms of what happens when the Home screen is viewed and the event is triggered i.e. is there a response from Target and does the app then attempt to render that response? Vs what is happening when you complete some action and then return to the Home screen
