Adobe target does not recognize device model

Avatar

Level 1

Hi there, I'm attempting to target only Galaxy S23 users, but when I QA the test links, the variant version isn't being displayed. I also tried using other models, but it seems like Adobe Target doesn't recognize the device models.

What can I do?

HELP!

Hi @Dorian_SayaziCr

From a testing perspective to ensure the activity is working as expected. I use this chrome add-on https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/user-agent-switcher-for-c/djflhoibgkdhkhhcedjiklpkjnoahfmg?... which allows me to switch the user-agent and fake that I'm on a different device.

I'm sure there are other add-ons that can do the same for you. It is called user-agent spoofing. A quick google search gave me this guide on how to do it using the developer console in the browser: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/change-user-agent/368448/
