Unable to see Activity or Audience Copies

I'm having trouble with what is a core feature of Target where, after making a copy of either an Activity or an Audience, neither shows up in their respective lists. Not even when I search for them.

I've tired logging out, and even updated Chrome to the latest version, but that did not resolve the issue.

Any idea what may be happening?
