Some pages moving to react.js, will my offers still work written in jQuery?

Some of our pages on our site will be built using React.  We currently have Adobe Target Activities running on these page using jQuery in the Adobe Target offers.  Can these activities still continue to run and can I continue using jQuery in my offers?  (Note: we are still using mbox.js)
