Adobe Target is not registering Conversions

I have a Test in Adobe Target, and the tool is reporting 0 Conversions, but we have completed some activities already.

Can you please help to get guidance in how to get diagnostic/resolution?

    If the conversion is a click event and you are running at.js v2.0.1 have a look at this thread: AT.JS 2.0.1 Not Reporting Clicked an Element Conversion  if you are running an older version of at.js or if the conversion is not a click let us know as this could be something else. The more specific you can provide the easier it will be to asses the potential issue here.
