Windows Security Popup

Hi All,

I am opening the PDF document in a browser. I am adding annotations to the document and submitting the same to the process.

When i click on the Submit button, I am getting a windows security popup which is asking for username and password to connect to the server like below image.

Could anyone please let me know why I am getting this?. Is it because of proxy?

What is the target url of the submit button? I would copy and paste that into a browser and see if you can connect to that server. It is possible that your computer is lacking required authentication (perhaps Active Directory / LDAP).
