What to install?

Hello,

i am new here. I want to develope a software using adobe livecycle. I am using window and mysql. My problem is i dont know what kind of software i need to install and the price of the software i need to make a complete software. Then if i buy adobe livecycle ES2 will i get the complete module such as workbenc, workspace, flexbuilder, designer, avoka, etc? I try to find the price for livecycle but cant find it. Please anyone help me. Its URGENT!
