User input email on email button

Hello Everyone,

I'm brandnew with LCD ES and this is my first form design.

I'm trying to create the form that has user to input the email.  I also had a email button that already coded with predefine email.

I would like when user click on the email button, it will automatically get the email from "user input Email" and put ionto the "CC" field.  Please show me how to do that.

Below is the link to my test pdf file:

Thank you inadvance.

Hi,

This level of dynamic behaviour will require a bit of script.

Here is the form back to you: https://acrobat.com/#d=zpbgKsegcocxDmrNehctBw. Have a look at the script in the click event of the button. I have tried to keep it as simple as I can.

There is an example here: http://assure.ly/dYQFb4.

Also, try and set up your workspace, so that you can see a couple of lines within the Script Editor (5):

Hope that helps,

Niall

Niall,  Thank you very much for your help.

Finally, I'm able to do what I need to do. As you know, I'm new to LCD and no knowledge on scripting therefore without your code and the PDF file, I don't think I can not do this.  Even with the code, I still don't know where to insert to but with the PDF, Yes, I'm able to figure it out.

I have been reading around 30+ posted and you are the most valuable supporter in this forum, special for the beginner like me.

Again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all your help, NIALL

Regard,
