Hi,
We are using a form with a SAP Java webdynpro application. PDF is appearing fine for all the users with Acrobat reader 7.0.
But some of the users are getting a pop up message which mentions 'Class: UCF_Acroform Method:Error'. These users in their desktop has installed Adobe Standard to create new PDF documets.
Desktops which is installed with Adobe standard as well Reader is having the pop up issue. Acrobat reader 9.0 with Adobe standard is also showing the pop up error message). But once the user clicks the OK button the PDF gets generated.
Attached JPG contains the error message. I have searched in the SAP forum, there are couple of solutions but it is not working in my case.Is this issue due to a registry violation?
