getting weird error msg while trying to run processes on the server

Good morning,

A colleague of mine is running some of our extended certify processes on PDF's.

he goes on to say:

The prod one shows what happens when processing continues... and calls http://jbossprd:8080/soap/services/N_eInvoice/verify... a 500 error on the call to LiveCycle. 

Here is the CF log for the call:

The LiveCycle log shows the following:

Does anyone have any idea why this error(in bold) might be thrown at us? i cant find any leads on this at all right now....
