Typing in textbox very slow

All,

I have a very simple form, but some users on Acrobat Pro X11 (v11.0.10) experience extremely lag between keystrokes when typing in an expandable textbox.  I am running LiveCycle Designer 9.0.0.2.  Thanks in advance for any help in figuring this out....
