Hello,
when the drop-down-list has "Allow custom text entry" disabled and if there are e.g. values:
a
abx
aby
b
c
then when the field has focus and the user is typing, the field gets the first value, which starts by last typed letter.
Is it possible, to configure this feature to respect more then first letter ? So as the user would type "ab" and AR would filled the "abx" value ?
Is there any workaround for it ?
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
I don't think there is an option to enable this behaviour. But I have implemented something a bit similar, see the example in this post http://forums.adobe.com/message/2372156#2372156

Reader has build in a feature to automatically complete form fields.
You can find it unter Preferences > Forms > Auto-Complete
Many thanks for great example Bruce!
I wouldn't guess it can be done in pdf/designer, It really helped me.
