Text box overflow skips to next page

I have a subform with a couple text boxs in them.  They grow, but when they fill up too much, all the content skips to the next page.

How can I have the content break between pages?

For the text box, I have allow multiple lines selected.

For the subform that it's in:

Place:  on page "page 1"

After: Continue filling parent

and none for everything else.....

Can you see a chance I need to make?

Do you have the allow page breaks with content checkbox turned on?
