Strarting a process in workbench via e-mail!

I am trying to use the e-mail start point from my process. I am having trouble deploying the application having errors indicating probelms connecting to mailbox and sometimes to mail server. We are only using SMTP for mail traffic, so I have been using the same SMTP info for POP3/IMAP.

I am getting "Could not connect to inbox. Error message: 220 ServerName Microsoft ESMPT Mail Service ready at SomeDate" When using IMAP and port 25.

When using POP3 and port 25 I get "Could not connect to inbox. Error message: Connect filed".

Do I need to disregard the POP3/IMAP info and just keep the default data?

What else could be the problem?

Hi

The email startpoint expects pop3 or imap to be enabled on your mail server to receive email.

It sounds like you don't have this enabled?
