Set Default Value to Value from Other Text Field

I imported a multi-page PDF into LiveCycle Designer.  I am placing a text field on each page of the PDF.  I want the user to be able to click in the text field on the first page and type her value.  I then want that to populate to all the other text fields on the other pages.  How do I set the default value of the other text fields so that this works?

You can bind the fields together in the Object > Binding tab. Just name them all the same thing and change the Default Binding to Global.
