I have a text field comb of 8 characters.

Is it possible when the form opens automatically have an M as the first character of the comb?

Thanks

There is a type dialog above the default value ...what is that set to? Are you trying this in preview? If so check the File/Form Properties/Preview

and make sure the Preview Type drop down is set to Interactive and not Print Form.

Hi Paul, when I set the default value in the Value tab to M, does not allow me to fill the rest field!

Thanks
