ScreenShare Control problem

Hi,

I have a problem with the screenshare control function in LCCS:

1. Share the screen

2. Request control by a subscriber

3. Stop the control on subscriber or publisher side

4. Request control one more time, AND THE CONTROL NOT WORKS!

5. Stop the screen sharing and start again, AND THE CONTROL WORKS!

Add in: 9.2 r143

Flash player: 10.3

Windows 7 and XPSP3

Please help me, or give me a working sample.

Hi,

So if I understand it right, your control request doenst work after the

first time.

We never had any issue, and it would help if you share your code or error

messages.

Hi Arun!

Maybe the problem is in the Connect Now add in. When I request second time the screen control, the Screen Share Alert panel of Control request not visible, BUT when the Connect Now Add in is in the focus, then just the Decline button visible in the top-left corner of the screen (on Windows 7 and XPSP3 too).

I reinstall the Add in, but no change...
