Replication of application server that has EARs deployed

Question about replication of application server that has LiveCycle EARs files deployed.  I have a JBOSS application server (serverX) in Data Center A, and a JBOSS application server (serverY) in Data Center B.  If my LiveCycle server is in Data Center A and I deploy EARs file to serverX, then replicate server by using NetApp replication function between Data Center A and Data Center B.  Will LiveCycle service on serverY acts exactly the same as serverX?

For turnkey installation(bundled Jboss and MySQL), this replication should work(provided all the installed files are replicated including temp, mysql,jboss,gds,fonts etc) for DR purpose.This scenerio should be tested first.
