I think my question is simple. I hope so.
On a form, I want to be able to choose:
1. A state.
2. A module.
3. A Deviation.
Then, I want the CTR-Form field and the Filing Instructions field to fill with the data that corresponds to my choices. Or maybe a button, so that it waits for me to make the three initial choices, and then it fills CTR and Filing.
I want to use an external file for the data. (XML).
I just need a sense of how this is done.
If someone also tells me how to attach a file, I'll show you the sample form.
