Preview PDF crashes in LiveCycle Designer

I'm new to LiveCycle designer and PDF development and am working through the first LiveCycle Designer tutorial. When I click on Preview PDF, LiveCycle crashes -

MicroSoft Visual C++ Runtime Library -

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I am running on Windows 7, have Adobe Acrobat X Pro and Reader 9.4.0 installed.

Thanks. I tried that and it did not work. Ultimately I fixed it by uninstalling Reader and installing the latest version.

I am having the same problem. While saving forms with dropdown having over 1000 items or more forms crashes every time. While simple forms have no problem. I am having Livecycle 11 ES4. and acrobat 11 and reader 11.

I tried reader DC instead of 11 and also with no adobe reader. I did uninstall and install latest microsoft visual C++ redistributable package but same problem exists.

Please suggest a solution.
