Play with security permission of pdf

I'm finding some solution to set below permission,

Please help me to set all option as Not Allowed.

Do you have Acrobat Reader, Standard, or Pro?

I don't think you can change Security settings if you have Reader.

I want to change this from adobe livecycle designer dynamically, is it possible?

I don't think there is anything in LC to add the security tab if there is not one there. You may want to trail Acrobat Pro DC if you do not want to buy or subscribe to it.

Some of the permisions are „not allowed“ with dynamic form because they are simply not possible or compatible with those kind of forms. There is no way to change this.
