I don't think there is anything in LC to add the security tab if there
is not one there. You may want to trail Acrobat Pro DC if you do not
want to buy or subscribe to it.Gene

Do you have Acrobat Reader, Standard, or Pro?I don't think you can
change Security settings if you have Reader.
