Performance issue with ConvertPDFService?wsdl

Hello,

We have an performance issue when we are trying to convert a file having more than 2 MB.  We are calling ConvertPDFService.toImage in base64.  This service converts a PDF document into a zip file having images of the input PDF.

We have found that documents less than 2MB were consistently converting in less than 15 seconds. As soon the document is more than 2 MB it could take more than 50 seconds to convert it.  Service converts the document successfully, but it is taking longer than our standard web application request, so we don't wait longer than 15 seconds.

There is a way to increase the LiveCycle conversion performance ?  We have changed the inline setting (Administration console) to 20 MB without success.

Our LiveCycle version is ES 8.0.1.2.

Hi, I was wondering how you set the option to convert the pdf file to images but put it in a zip file.

The reason I ask is because my pdfs take a long time to convert. Thanks.
