Optimize Adobe PDF Size (Reduce) via Adobe LC Services.

I would like to know if there is a Service provided by Adobe LiveCycle ES2 which will reduce the size of a given PDF (Static or Dynamic) something similar to what you get using Acrobat menu option Optimize PDF.
