New to Livecycle- I cannot figure out how to get my add/delete buttons to work

Hi there, I have taken an intro course to Livecycle for work and I am now expected to create all these advanced forms in Livecycle. I have been trying to teach myself but am at a complete road block on how to get my add/delete row buttons to work. I have scripted them and I believe the first row of the table needs to be in a subform for them to work? but I just can't do it.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

Hi,

There is an example here that leads you through the steps to building dynamic tables: http://assure.ly/gk8Q7a.

If you are using the table object, then you do not need to wrap this in a subform. If you select the row in the hierarchy, you can go to the Object > Binding palette and set it to Repeatable.

The other issue is to make sure that the form is saved as a Dynamic XML Form in the save-as dialog.

Hope that helps,

Niall
