Need help with a form and allowing multiple pages

I'm trying to create a form that can be a multiple pages, if needed, based upon the size of a text field.  To give you an idea of what I'm looking for, the form has a header and a footer (if you will) and then a text field used for a report narrative.  This narrative field needs to be able to expand based upon the amount of info entered by the end user.  Additionally, we need the footer to move to the second page, when necessary.  I've been working on this for a while now and followed some advice from this forum on creating subforms, dynamic forms, and similar, but have not been able to get the form to work properly.  The problem that I'm having is that the text field (narrative field) will expand, seemingly to page two, but page two is not created.  Also, it covers the footer, making it a jumble of words.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to make this work?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,

Signature objects will not work on Master Pages. See discussion here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4045689#4045689.

Good luck,

Niall

Hi,

Have a look at this example for making fields dynamic. It includes screenshots showing the process. http://assure.ly/g80MVY.

Also there is a form here that shows the differences between Master Pages (for the header and footer) and Design Pages. http://assure.ly/g0Wx7r.

Thank you Niall!  Very helpful information.

I worked on this tonight for a bit and was able to get the form to almost do everything that I wanted it to.  In the footer I have two singature fields, however neither of them are able to be entered when trying to use the form.  I have them set up at the bottom of each of the Master Pages, and outside of the content area.  Form is dynamic too.  Any thoughts here?

Thanks again!
