Need an old upgrade - I know I know - no way.

Does anybody have a lead on where to find the upgrade from old Designer 7.0 to 7.1??? I know i know - impossible - but I thought I'd at least ask.

I have nothing else available to me at work, and I at least would like to fix some of the bugs in 7.0, including getting TABLES).
