Hi everyone,
I want to associate multiple values with one entry.
For example:
India
Associated Values:
50, 25, 2
How would you suggest to do this?
Let's say from a drop down you would choose India.
I would like the above values to appear in three different fields.
Any ideas?
Thanks!!

Hi,
You can achieve this by specify the value of the dropdown (Object > Binding palette) and a small script in the exit event of the dropdown.
See an example here: http://assure.ly/HjRnIN.
Hope that helps,

Hi Niall,
The problem is that I have mutliple values that I need to associate with one entry. I can only associate one value with one selection.
Is there any other way I can have multiple bound values in a drop down or list box?
If not, other question: Is it possible to automatically select the same value in several drop downs and show the bound value in a text field.
I can't get it to work.
Cheers¨

Hi,
I would recommend that you have another look at the amended example. I have made it more generic: http://assure.ly/HjRnIN. A dropdown (and Listbox) can currently only have a single bound value.
Also have a look at some of our other dropdown examples, which answer some of your questions:
Hope that helps,
Niall

Hi Niall,
I can see that your company also codes.
How about this?
I will send you my form (half completed) and you code the rest for me for which I will pay?
I really do not want to waste any more of my time.
What do you think?
