Dynamic Table not adding a row after last input on row?

The table was created using the create table a subforms instructions "http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/9.0/designerHelp/index.htm?content=000205.html".  My form is saved as Dynamic XML.

Structure is:

subform1

-TableParent

--TableHeader

---TableBodyRow

Are there some common mistakes or options that are overlooked?  An object in subform1 is expanding the form and I moved subform2 up in hierachy to test if an object in subform2 would expand the form.  Both worked, but I can't TableParent aka a subform to expand/add rows on enter.

Do I need to clarify my problem?  I simply need to have a table expand when a user needs to add an additional row for input.
