LiveCycle Designer ES3 Installer error

Near the end of the install I received:

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component

{9BAE13A2-E7AF-D6C3-A01F-C8B3B9A18E}.

HRESULT: 0x80070BC9.

and the installer rolled back.

What is it?

What do I do?

This is an error from your OS (Windows 7 I believe).

There may be a third party software like an anti-virus app or so, that blocks the installer so it cannot install all files or there is a problem with .Net components.

You need to check the Microsoft Knowledge Base to find solutions.

After applying pending Adobe Acrobat updates and Windows updates it installed without error (I also used 'Run as Administrator' on the installer).
