LifeCycle Reader Extensions - Create a new Crendential

I am a newbie in LifeCycle. Can anyone tell me that how to i create a new my own Reader Extension Credential?

You can't ....the Reader Extensions credential is supplied by Adobe only.

And note that the Reader Extensions Credential is either supplied when you buy that module of LiveCycle, or can be found for evaluation use under step 2 of the trial download page.
