LifeCycle does not appear to be part of the newest version of Acrobat Pro

I was using a previous version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and included was LiveCycle. I have downloaded the new version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and it does not appear to have LiveCycle.

Does one now need to purchase LiveCycle Designer (full version) as a stand alone?

Yeah, since Acrobat XI LiveCycle Designer has not been included
