How to Hyperlink images

Hi guys, quick question on hyperlinking images - how do you do it? below is an image of a question mark, I need to hyperlink it to a URL.

Not too sure how I go about doing this. I can't change anything in the Events and Scripts coding area or => insert => hyperlink.

Is there a way that this can be done? any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi,

use a button without a fill color wich overlays the image.
