How to Create a Dynamic Chart in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 ?

I have a set of Number Fields that I want to get the rawVlaue of them and create a Bar Chart in Adobe LiveCycle, I have watched tons of videos and forms but couldn't get my answer.
