I am creating a form with a client's name in it - and the name repeats on the top of each page.  How do I make a text field repeat multiple times? Thank you!

Make sure all of the fields have the same name (FirstName, MiddleName, LastName) then set the binding in the binding tab to Global.

To appear the name on top of each page, you need to place textbox in the Master Page.

Thanks

This form I am working on has 4 total pages.  The first page asks for the first, middle and last name.  Each additional page asks for the same information at the top of each page.  So when I enter in first, middle and last name on the first page - how do I make the text boxes on the following 3 pages repeat this without having to enter it in again?
