How do I edit text (not form fields) in forms documents that I created in pre-ES LiveCycle?

I can't edit it in Adobe Acrobat X (it gives me an error message saying I have to edit it in LiveCycle Designer), but when I try to use the new LiveCycle Designer ES4 program the function for editing text is grayed out.
Please help!

Maybe you're form got damaged.

I would check if it can be restored.

Here is the document.  I created it in word, saved it in PDF and did some edits in PDF I opened it in es4 and did some edits.
