How do i add page numbers to a dynamic PDF form?

Can page numbers be added to a dynamic form, that allows for expandable fields in a flow-able format? If yes, how do I accomplish that?

Yes. In your master page, create a text area. While editing the text area, click on Insert -> Current Page Number.
