Group not appearing in work space

I 'm using cs3.

I have a process that works fine on the dev server.

I move an lca to the test.

The group do not appear in my test workspace

I've checked the users and groups in the admin ui and the groups exists in both places and has the same Canonical Name.

I've checked the process and the initial user selection is the correct group.

I've even re-synced LDAP on the test server but nothing.

any Ideas as to why a group appears in on environment but not another?

It's working this morning.

I guess when the servers reset overnight to back up - restarting J boss - was all that was needed.
