I found documentation that this was a bug in 8.1 but it was fixed in 8.2.
I am using 8.2 and still having fragment rearranging issues.
I am having multiple instances of fragments changing hierarchy order of objects. It does not appear to be changing the order of the objects alphabetically, more likely at functional level. In our latest occurrence, the Drop-down List objects were placed above the Text field objects.
Any suggestions?
