Hi,
Is it possible to convert the attached pdf in the link to flowed subform without changing the layout of the elements and display the header only on odd pages?

Many thanks in advance.

The best approach is to create table and to break the table content and row content.

Hi,
I would wrap adjacent objects that don't need to flow/expand inside Positioned subforms. Then just the objects that need to flow should be in Flowed subforms. This will minimise the disruption to the layout when you set the page to Flowed.
See here: http://assure.ly/eSGQMt and http://assure.ly/e2jR0C.
If you set up two Master pages. Select the Master Page Set and in the Object > Page Set palette set the printing to both sides.
Then for each of the Master Pages, go to the Object > Pagination palette and set the Odd/Even settings:
Hope that helps,
Niall
Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. I followed the instructions and almost got there. But the challenge is there are two vertical lines in the page. When I change the parent to be flowed content, the lines get misaligned. How do I position them exactly in that place and how to auto-expand those lines based on the bottom-most horizontal line. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
Generally if I need lines I try and use the border of the subform. This is particularly useful for horizontal lines.
In your case and based on your form structure, I don't think this approach is going to work.
Quick (and easy) solution is to move the vertical lines onto the Master Page. Then delete them from the Design Pages and set to Flowed layout. I appreciate that they won't grow in height and that you will have to make them the height of the page. But it is the easiest solution - believe me!

Hi,
Finally managed to achieve the layout in a dirty way by breaking into smaller subforms and using flowed layout.
