We have a document with 2 masterpages, front page and page 2 to n pages.

On the masterpage we have a logo in the top, a fragment with a button to save the document back to a system, and a fragment in the buttom of the page with info about the company. This fragment is a tabel with contact info and a logo, and on the top there is floating fields with pagenumbers. We have one colour version and one black and white version.

Second picture shows the layout for the fragment Bunntekst_ikke_forside....

And here is the layout for the Untitled Contet Area

If we now save the fragment which is placed on the masterpage, the buttom fragment whit page numbers are messed up.

And the floating fields are looking like this

So here is out problem. Anyone that have a clue to fix this problem ?

Did you create the B&W version by copying the fragment?

When you preview is the content correct?

I think it auto-generates names when you copy. If it works then you can ignore it, if it does not work then manually create the floating fields again.

You should not copy text objects with floating fields - that usually does not work very well.

I pushed the wrong button, It is not a correect reply yet. I have made the b/w version by copy the colour version.
So I wil try to set up the floating fields again and se what happens.

Thanks for the tip.
